Purchase Conditions:
Prices: Include VAT. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Andorra or outside the EU, local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty: All new products have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse or incorrect installations.
Withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days to return the product. It must be unused, in its original packaging and with its documentation.
Return costs: These are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products. The refund will be made after verifying the condition of the item in our warehouse.

If payment has not been made within 5 business days of placing the order, it may be cancelled.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD THROUGH THE WEBSITE: You can pay for your order by paying with a debit or credit card.
In the payment process you will be redirected to the bank's payment platform, which will directly charge your credit card. Don't forget to return to our website once the payment process is complete.
We manage credit card charges through the bank, through its secure commerce payment gateway. All data provided for these purposes is encrypted to guarantee maximum security at all times.
In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data and information society services in the Spanish legal system, MOTOMOVIL NAUTICA SL will adopt all pertinent measures to inform, and where appropriate obtain consent from, its customers, that the data of the cards used to make purchases in its online store may be stored for future purchases. The storage of said data is carried out directly by the bank that charges the card and MOTOMOVIL NAUTICA does not at any time have access to the customer card data stored for future payments. The customer may delete their credit card data at any time by entering their customer account in the section enabled for this purpose.
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: In this payment method MOTOMOVIL NAUTICA SL will apply a surcharge of 3.4% of the total purchase, regardless of the amount of the order. This surcharge will not be refundable in case of total or partial return of the order. The order will be sent to the attention of the owner and to the shipping address provided by Paypal.
